Dennis Young is a seasoned real estate development consultant with over 30 years of diverse experience in construction, project management, and architectural design. Specializing in multifamily residential development for the past 15 years, Dennis has overseen the successful delivery of more than 2,000 residential units, with several additional projects currently in design and permitting phases.

As Executive Development Manager and Owner’s Representative at Marcus Equity, LLC, Dennis plays a central role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale real estate developments across Texas and Florida. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from site planning and pre-construction due diligence to budgeting, value engineering, and stakeholder coordination.

Throughout his career, Dennis has also served in key leadership roles at organizations such as the Marcus Organization, Matador Project Solutions, DMB Construction, and Nick Deaver Architect. His contributions have included everything from on-site construction supervision to architectural support and final project closeout, always with a focus on delivering well-designed, financially sound outcomes.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Design from Texas Tech University and a Master’s in Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary. He is a LEED® Accredited Professional and proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
