Todd’s professional focus includes helping underrepresented founders and social impact ventures build institutional-grade strategies. Todd brings broad regulatory and fiduciary oversight experience to complement his private-sector advisory work. Through his leadership at American Eagle Equity Assets LLC, he brings legal fluency, real estate insight, and operational precision to every engagement. His work spans HUD-financed development, private investment vehicles, fund formation, and business transformation. He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Adventum Funds & Advisory, where he supports fund sponsors, developers, and mission-driven operators across the Southwest.

Todd serves as a public representative on the Board of Directors for the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (TPCIGA). His term runs through December 31, 2029. The Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (TPCIGA) is a nonprofit, state-authorized entity established by the Texas Legislature to protect policyholders in the event of a licensed property and casualty insurer’s insolvency. TPCIGA steps in to pay covered claims, minimize financial losses for consumers, and maintain public confidence in the insurance system. Funded by assessments on member insurers and operating under the Texas Insurance Code, TPCIGA works closely with regulators and receivers to ensure the timely and equitable resolution of claims, serving as a critical backstop for the state’s insurance market. Currently, TPCIGA oversees approximately $640,000,000 in total assets.
