Todd Hill
Todd Hill is a strategic advisor, legal-trained business operator, and real estate development consultant with more than 15 years of experience in business strategy, regulated industries, real estate, construction, capital planning, and venture advisory. He helps sponsors, developers, emerging fund managers, and mission-driven operators bring discipline to complex opportunities where capital, compliance, documentation, and execution must align.
Todd’s work is grounded in a clear operating belief: serious capital moves toward organized facts, credible structures, and defensible records. He helps clients clarify risk, strengthen transaction readiness, organize decision files, and prepare matters for review by lenders, investors, counsel, boards, public-sector partners, and regulated counterparties.
As Founder and Managing Director of American Eagle Equity Assets LLC, Todd advises clients on real estate closeout, construction documentation, compliance-sensitive workflows, recovery strategy, transaction readiness, and governance discipline. His work includes HUD-financed development support, FHA 203(k) consulting, private investment vehicle support, construction and contractor coordination, claim-record preparation, and business transformation for owners and operators facing high-stakes factual, financial, or procedural complexity.
At Adventum Funds & Advisory, Todd supports fund sponsors, developers, entrepreneurs, and mission-oriented operators across the Southwest by helping convert business objectives into credible structures, organized records, and execution-ready strategy. His advisory work is especially valuable where the client needs institutional discipline before approaching capital providers, lenders, investors, public-private partners, or regulated decision-makers.
Todd also serves as a public representative on the Board of Directors of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association, appointed by the Texas Commissioner of Insurance for a term running through December 31, 2029. TPCIGA is a nonprofit, state-authorized entity established by the Texas Legislature to protect policyholders when a licensed property and casualty insurer becomes insolvent. The Association pays covered claims, reduces financial disruption to policyholders, and supports confidence in the Texas insurance market through a statutory framework funded by assessments on member insurers and coordinated with regulators and receivers.
Todd holds an LL.M. in Wealth Management from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Purdue Global Law School, an Executive MBA from the Valar Institute at Quantic School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UCLA. He also holds Certificates in Entrepreneurship from the Anderson School of Management and Risk Management from Texas A&M University School of Law.
