Where we develop across Texas.

Adventum develops around real, identified demand — and demand looks different in every Texas market. Here's where we work, and the asset classes that fit each.

AustinCentral Texas

Austin's sustained population and employment growth has pushed land values up and development outward, into the suburban and exurban ring where Adventum is headquartered. Rising costs in the core make efficient, fast-to-deliver asset classes — steel, well-located retail, and land-based housing — especially compelling, and the corridor toward San Antonio continues to absorb new development.

Houstonthe Gulf Coast

Houston pairs the energy economy with one of the largest port and petrochemical complexes in the country, generating persistent demand for warehouse, distribution, flex, and industrial-service space. Its expansive, relatively affordable land base and light zoning make it one of Texas's most active markets for both ground-up industrial development and land-based housing on the growing edges.

Dallas–Fort WorthNorth Texas

Dallas–Fort Worth's steady stream of corporate relocations and its position as a national distribution hub have made it one of the most active industrial and retail development markets in the U.S. Rooftops chase jobs across the northern and eastern suburbs, pulling retail and service space with them, while the logistics corridor sustains demand for large-footprint steel and flex product.

San AntonioSouth Texas

San Antonio's diversified base — military, healthcare, manufacturing, and tourism — and its relative affordability drive consistent, less-volatile growth. The I-35 corridor linking it to Austin is one of the most dynamic development bands in the state, supporting industrial, retail, and land-based housing as the two metros grow toward each other.

Midland–Odessathe Permian Basin

Midland–Odessa sits atop the most productive oil field in the country, and its economy — and its real estate demand — moves with energy activity. Chronic shortages of workforce housing and lodging make RV parks, manufactured-housing communities, and modular and tiny-home solutions especially relevant, while operators and service companies drive steady demand for metal shop, yard, and flex space.

New Braunfelsthe Texas Hill Country

Positioned on the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio and anchored by river tourism, New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country are among the fastest-growing areas in Texas. The mix of visitor demand and rapid residential growth makes RV resorts, tiny-home and glamping communities, and well-placed retail particularly well suited to the market.

WacoCentral Texas

Midway between Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin on I-35, Waco combines affordability, a university anchor, and a genuine tourism draw. That mix supports retail and hospitality-oriented development, while its affordable land and central position make it attractive for steel and flex space and for RV and land-based projects serving both residents and visitors.

Lubbockthe West Texas South Plains

Lubbock is the commercial, medical, and educational hub of the South Plains, anchored by Texas Tech and a large agricultural and energy hinterland. As a regional center it sustains steady demand for retail and service space and for the metal shop, warehouse, and agricultural-adjacent buildings that support the surrounding economy.
