Demand-Driven Development
Building real estate around demand that has already been identified or created, rather than on speculation.
Demand-driven development is Adventum's core model: rather than building on spec and hoping tenants appear, real estate is developed around demand that is already identified — a committed tenant, a build-to-suit, or an operating company whose growth creates a built-in need for space. Adventum extends the idea by founding operating companies that create that demand, then capitalizing and building the real estate around them.
