Marc Rankin is the founding principal of Adventum Funds & Advisory — a seasoned corporate, investment, and real estate executive with nearly twenty years of experience in leadership roles across both established and entrepreneurial companies.

Across his career, Marc has been involved in more than $2 billion of real estate and investment activity, spanning real estate acquisition and development, investment banking, corporate and investment strategy, brand positioning, and operations.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and licensed Texas real estate broker educated at The University of Texas at Austin, Marc brings that full-spectrum experience to Adventum's demand-driven model — pairing operating companies with the real estate their growth creates — with a particular commitment to empowering minority- and women-owned businesses and delivering disciplined, risk-adjusted outcomes.
