Tiffany Hunter, CPM, is the Business Development Advisor for Adventum, focusing on expanding the organization's footprint in real estate operations. With 20 years of experience, she has successfully scaled build-to-rent, multifamily, and student housing portfolios for industry leaders, including Tricon Homes, Greystar, and Alliance Residential. She received her Certified Property Manager designation in 2020.
In her current role, Tiffany cultivates strategic partnerships across the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development sectors.
She also serves on the Community Outreach Committee for the IREM Austin Chapter and volunteers with Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
