Owner's Representative
The single accountable party who manages a development on the owner's behalf, coordinating every specialist from site selection to delivery.
An owner's representative sits on the owner's side of the table across an entire development — selecting and coordinating the architect, engineers, general contractor, and consultants; driving entitlements and permitting; controlling budget and schedule; and overseeing construction through delivery. The owner gets one accountable partner protecting their interests rather than a stack of separate contracts to manage. Adventum's Trees to Keys model is built around this role.
